STEP 13

The lower foreground beach streaks are done with the fingers spread apart wide.  Place the fingers on the bottom left then push them hard across the whole picture and back once on the same path.  Form the streaks near the shore line in the same way with your fingers together.

STEP 14

Add the white highlights on the water starting at the horizon and  working into the foreground. 

STEP 15

Place light blue chalk just under the top of the  highlights on the large center wave and the shore line wave.  A thin dark blue line underlines the light blue.  A thin black line underlines the closest wave.
